The Holosun SCRS is a compact, 20-mm-diameter tubular red dot sight designed for carbine platforms. The device offers stable mounting and reliable performance in harsh conditions thanks to its IP67 rating. Thanks to a mounting standard compatible with the 509T footprint, the red dot sight can be easily adapted to various mounting systems.

Wide field of view and parallax minimized to an imperceptible level

The optical system of this model uses a 22-mm-diameter circular reticle window, which provides a clear image and facilitates quick target acquisition. The lens is coated with multi-layer anti-reflective coatings, ensuring optimal light transmission. In this red dot sight, parallax has been minimized to an imperceptible level. This, combined with an unlimited eye relief, ensures high comfort during binocular shooting.

Solar Power and Shake Awake System

The device is based on a Solar Charging system that uses a built-in rechargeable battery charged via an integrated solar panel. The small energy storage capacity allows for an operating time of up to 20,000 hours in low-sunlight conditions.

Additionally, the red dot sight is equipped with the Shake Awake feature, which automatically turns off the backlight during periods of inactivity to conserve energy and immediately reactivates the LED upon detecting motion. Thanks to its settings memory, the device automatically restores the last-used operating mode upon reactivation.

MRS System and Intelligent Backlight Control

The SCRS-RD-MRS model features the MRS system, which emits red light with a wavelength of 650 nm. The user can choose between a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, or a combination of both as the reticle. The red dot sight is equipped with light sensors that automatically adjust brightness to the surroundings.

A manual mode is also available, offering a total of 12 brightness levels—8 for daytime use and 4 compatible with night vision devices—as well as a Brightness Intensity Override system to instantly force the reticle to full brightness. The reticle position can be adjusted within a range of +/- 50 MOA vertically and horizontally, with a click value of 1 MOA.

Durable aluminum housing and 509T footprint mount

The reticle housing is made of durable 7075 T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish. The device features high resistance to shocks and vibrations of up to 1000G, ensuring stable performance on various shooting platforms. The design meets the IP67 protection rating, protecting the interior from dust and the effects of brief immersion in water.

The red dot sight uses the Holosun 509T standard footprint, which allows for seamless compatibility with mounts from other manufacturers and facilitates achieving a stable optical axis on the firearm. The device remains fully operational within an operating temperature range of -30°C to 60°C. The set includes a 1/3 Lower Co-witness mount for a Picatinny rail.
