On its back wall there is a strong magnet that allows you to attach the mounting together with the phone to any metal surfaces, such as a fridge or toolbox. The phone can be easily released with one hand using the button on the back.
The shape of the magnet has been chosen to match other Steelie® accessories, such as mounting on a Vent Mount vehicle grill, Pedestal Kit and Dash Ball.
