Description
Meal Ready to Eat (MRE) type ration which is a meal for one person along with high energy supplements. Manufactured by ARPOL, a company specializing mainly in creating food packages for the Polish Armed Forces. The ration is packaged in a waterproof bag made of thick foil and sealed using a heat-sealing process.
The package includes all the essentials for the meal. This makes the ration easy to pack, and it will all be in one place in your backpack and protected from the weather. Having a kit will allow you to eat a warming meal on a hiking trail, for example.
The preparation of a military meal is done using a chemical warmer. It takes about 10 to 12 minutes (the time may increase depending on the prevailing temperature). Such a solution does not require a field stove and eliminates the need for a fire, which in turn makes it possible to heat the meal in areas where campfires are prohibited.

NOTE: The warmer should be warmed, for example, by putting it under your jacket, before starting in very cold temperatures. The response time of the heater at such temperatures may increase.
