The Boots Tactical Velocitor Waterproof Zip from Bates is designed for users looking for lightweight yet sturdy all-weather tactical footwear. The waterproof membrane protects against moisture for comfortable wear.
A patch-protected zipper located on the inside of the upper makes it easy to get the boots on and off quickly, without having to tie the laces each time. The classic lacing system with four pairs of eyelets and three pairs of hooks on each shoe allows for a precise fit to the foot.
The upper is made of high-quality Wolverine Warrior Leather and durable nylon for increased durability of construction and resistance to mechanical damage, water or dirt. An inner lining made of breathable mesh allows for good air circulation, while an anti-microbial soft plastic insole reduces foot fatigue.
A non-slip EVA foam midsole supports the foot during dynamic movement. The rubber outsole with an aggressive tread provides good grip both on wet surfaces and in urban areas. The sole has passed tests at 300°C. Additional reinforcements in the toe and heel area increase protection and stability of the foot.
