Description
The Swagman Scarf Poncho from Helikon encapsulated in the form of a scarf that can be easily transformed into other useful functions. It has a total of seven functions in one piece of lightweight equipment. Basically, the user can use the Swagman Scarf as a scarf that will cover the chest in addition to the neck. The second most useful function is an anti-wind poncho with a hood.
In addition to the two flagship functions, the user can transform the Swagman Scarf into a lightweight jacket, emergency sleeping bag, tarp, equipment bag or replacement for NRC film. It has a pocket in the center which allows the user to stow small equipment while wearing the poncho. Underneath the pocket is a ladder for adjusting the bottom edge straps.
The poncho is made entirely of nylon fiber, characterized by a weight of 60 g/m² and insulation against excessive heat loss in adverse conditions. The functions of the jacket, poncho or scarf are designed to be an integral part of clothing layers without impeding each movement, even when wearing a hiking backpack. In addition, the manufacturer stipulates that the poncho can be washed at up to 30°C.
