Description
The MUT® professional multitool from Leatherman for handling military equipment, but also useful for DIY and bushcraft. It has many useful tools enclosed in a compact and relatively lightweight form. The basis of the tool as with many others are flat pliers for precision work and standard pliers for all other tasks.
What sets MUT® apart are its dedicated tools for handling the AR family of carabiners. In addition, each tool, except for the bronze scraper, is finished with black oxide for extra protection. A pocket in the handle for carrying bits will conveniently organize the screwdriver components. Included with the multitool, the user receives a dedicated nylon pouch, attached in the MOLLE system.
Thanks to its attachment in the MOLLE system, the pouch can be conveniently attached to a tactical vest or other surface with compatible loops. A feature that increases the comfort of use is a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal of tools, as well as an integrated carabiner. The clip not only allows the multitool to be hooked up where it will be convenient for the user, but also allows opening bottles.
