Description
The MUT EOD® professional multitool from Leatherman for handling military equipment and conducting sapper activities. Its other tools will also work well for DIY and bushcraft. It has many useful tools encased in a compact and relatively lightweight form. What sets the MUT EOD apart are its dedicated tools for handling pyrotechnic materials.
Being structurally based on the MUT® series, the multitool has tools for handling AR family carbines. In addition, each tool, except for the bronze scraper, is finished with black oxide for extra protection. A pocket in the handle for carrying bits will conveniently organize the screwdriver components. Included with the multitool, the user receives a dedicated nylon pouch, attached in the MOLLE system.
Thanks to its attachment in the MOLLE system, the pouch can be conveniently attached to a tactical vest or other surface with compatible loops. A feature that increases the comfort of use is a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal of tools, as well as an integrated carabiner. The clip not only allows the multitool to be hooked up where it will be convenient for the user, but also allows opening bottles.
