Rugged Fortux trekking boots with a comfort-enhancing ATR insole from Lowa. Created for covering long distances in less favorable terrain in the greatest possible comfort for the feet. A special feature of the Fortux boots is their dual-zone Trac® Ultra tread, divided into a section for acceleration and one for braking.

The tread is optimized by contouring it to make it easier to step on while maximizing the frictional force when stopping. The Reptex Sport's stiffened upper will work best in moderate weather in spring and autumn. Nevertheless, also in summer the user will be able to take advantage of the capabilities of these shoes.

To increase the comfort of the steps taken, the interior of the shoes features soft ATR All-Terrain Running insoles with a 6mm drop, which is the height difference between the heel and midfoot soles. Meanwhile, the cushioning function in the midsole between the foot and outsole is DYNEVA®. This is a triple-density EVA foam, which makes it more adaptable to the shape of the foot.

Despite such advanced construction and durable materials, the manufacturer has achieved the weight of a single shoe at about 300 grams. The Fortux boots are relatively easy to clean and maintain. Thanks to the synthetic materials used in the shoe, the upper is stiffened and the sole is flexible, and regardless, it still maintains breathability to some extent.

Reinforcements on the back and nose of the shoe ensure the durability of the entire structure, and positively contribute to the protection of the foot from impacts. The arrangement of the laces allows the foot to be securely fixed inside the shoe from the first binding.
