The third-generation Elite Small backpack from M-Tac, with a dedicated compartment for a laptop with a screen size of up to 15.6". Its 36 L capacity places it roughly in the middle of commonly available backpack sizes. Still, it has features familiar from larger variants such as opening the main compartment fully as in a suitcase. It has a number of stitching and reinforcements that will allow you to fill it to the brim even with heavy equipment.

The backpack is made of 500D Cordura, with the carrying frame made of a polymer base to which two aluminum rails and a transverse carbon fiber bar are attached. As a result, the backpack's structure is characterized by high rigidity, with a relatively low weight of less than 1.5 kilograms. The polymer hardware and snap buckles come from Woojin, a company experienced in manufacturing these components.

MOLLE webbing on the front, sides and waist belt allows you to expand your equipment with additional pockets and pouches. The design of the backpack incorporates solutions to improve comfort. An example of this is the top pocket for small items, compression straps on the side or bottle pockets. On the other hand, thanks to the main recommendation of opening the main compartment like a suitcase, the user can spread out the equipment and arrange it as needed.

The panels on the back are made of soft material, which, like the shoulder straps, is finished with ventilation mesh. This will help improve the dissipation of excess heat during long and intense hikes. The carrying system can be adjusted or unzipped if necessary. There is a small pocket on top of the backpack, under which a handle and a Velcro panel have been incorporated, which can be used to personalize your gear.
