Description
Scream 3.1 handlebar-mounted bicycle front lamp from Mactronic. Its special feature is that it can be used as a handheld flashlight, this does not require special preparation, plus the lamp is naturally contoured for the shape of the hand. Controlling the flashlight is extremely easy with a single button. The Cree™ XP-L LED used can generate illumination power of up to 1000 lm in Boost mode.
The lens has a convex surface imitating an orange peel, which is responsible for evenly dispersing the light output. In addition to a rubberized button, the aluminum body has three LEDs indicating the percentage of charge of the 18650 battery and a USB-C charging port covered by a cap. The compact size allows the flashlight to be conveniently carried inside a kidney bag.
It is controlled with a two-click or hold button. A two-click activates the flashing mode, a short hold activates the steady mode and clicks the following modes, while a longer hold activates the strobe mode. The power supply compartment located in the body shoe has an o-ring seal, so it meets IP66 standards.
In the most powerful mode, the flashlight can illuminate an area at a distance of up to 160 meters and generate up to 8400 cd. As for the maximum run time in the lowest mode, it can reach up to 40 h. Included with the flashlight, the user receives a handlebar mount and a cable with a plug compatible with the flashlight's charging port.
