A mummy type sleeping bag, created for use in extremely cold conditions. It has a two-way zipper, and a thermal collar to protect the head from heat loss. The technologies and materials used allow it to provide thermal comfort in temperatures as low as -15°C, with a maximum range as low as -20°C.
Softie Elite sleeping bags have an EPS (Expanded Panel System) panel, which makes it possible to regulate its properties. With the panel fastened, the sleeping bag clings to the body, increasing the perceived temperature. Opening the panel, on the other hand, translates into a lower temperature, as well as better ventilation and freedom of movement.
The outer cover of the sleeping bag is made of waterproof and windproof Paratex Micro fabric. On the inside, it is covered with a layer of breathable Paratex Light fabric, combined with Reflectatherm material, which increases the feeling of warmth by 15%. The whole is completed with a filling made of Softie material - waxed fibers that mimic natural down. The filling is washable, as well as retains its thermal properties even when wet.
The sleeping bag is equipped with clips, allowing to reduce its length from 220 cm to 175 cm, so that the user can better adapt it to his needs. Thanks to the included compression sack, the size of the packed sleeping bag can be adjusted, allowing it to fit your gear and be clipped to your backpack.
