Description
The Swiss Classic folding picnic knife for outdoor food preparation from Victorinox. Its design is based on the company's classics with a key difference in the form of a folding blade. The blade without a sharpened tip has a flat grind and is made of 1.4110 stainless steel, also known as X55CrMo14. The handle is made of molded polypropylene polymer.
When the blade is folded, the knife has a very compact profile that allows it to be carried even in a trekking pants pocket during backcountry expeditions. The knife was designed for efficient food preparation in the field, trekking or picnicking. Its low weight won't weigh down your gear, and its dishwasher-safe capability will come in handy when you get home and want to wash your tool quickly.
